Instead of worrying, he sees it as an opportunity to lean on his steady partner, start his writing career, and rekindle the passion they’ve lost.

But a friendly relationship with another author turns to obsession, putting Clint’s life in danger. Taken against his will to the Jewel Cave system in South Dakota, Clint must rely on the skills he’s learned from Griff to survive.

Fearing the worst, Griff tracks Clint across the country. As a US Marshal, Griff’s always been the man who keeps everyone safe, but he doesn’t know how he and Clint will survive this.

Book Review

'Jewel Cave' is book three in Elizabeth Noble's series, 'Circles'. I found it very entertaining that the author chose to veer away from the primary main characters from the first two books, and instead introduces two new main characters. Granted, I had a glimpse of Griff and Clint in book two, but only as minor pieces of the story. I was excited to see what this author would do with these two wonderful men.

Griff and Clint have been together for ten years now, and like most of us, the love is certainly still there but has become routine, and taking one another for granted can occur. But when Clint is abducted by a stalker, it reminds both of them what is truly important in life. Clint isn't without his own skills during this kidnapping. He hasn't been living with Griff, a U.S. Marshal, and not paid any attention. Plus Clint us an author of eco-thrillers, so he has years of research behind him. He knows that Griff will find him, and Clint just has to play the game until he does.

A very exciting addition to the series, although I wished it was longer. I would've loved more description and information about caving. It's always been something I've never been sure I could do, so what there was brought an added benefit to my enjoyment. A definite thumbs-up to Elizabeth for the ending. It didn't just stop at the rescue, it continued and dealt with the difficult emotional and physical effects.

Wonderful addition, and I thank you, Elizabeth!
