Toby and Ven have settled into a happy partnership, in business and in bed. While they don't get together enough, it's always good when they do. BOOK REVIEW:
Ven’s life has been going pretty well recently, even if he doesn’t get to see Toby as much as he would like. He is used to the routine and is happy with both his job and his boyfriend. When a change to his life happens that is out of his control, it will rock Ven’s happy life quite a bit.

Cake, Ven’s brother, has been approved to enter an assisted living facility and is moving out of Ven’s home. Without Cake, the home starts to feel more like a house and leaves Ven lonely and a bit out of sorts. Toby has some suggestion on a few other changes that might help, but Ven is having trouble contemplating any more change. Ven needs to be able to handle his own issues before he can accept the offers for more.

Moving Day is yet another enjoyable story in the Renovations series. Over the course of the previous stories, I have come to care deeply for these characters and want more than anything for them to be happy. We have been following these men from day one of their relationship, and watching them to construct their relationship from scratch has been captivating and satisfying. Whenever Ven and Toby are together, there is highly erotic and intense sex, but there is always an overriding deep emotional connection as well. This story marks the point in their relationship when they need to either move on together or apart, and following them as they make those decisions is a great read.

As always we get to learn more about Ven and Toby, fleshing out the characters even more. It is very easy to forget that Ven is ten years Toby’s junior, as the men are so perfectly matched. I was happy from the very beginning as the story opens with one of my favorite characters, Cake. You can’t help but smile at Cake’s excitement over his very own apartment, despite how alone it leaves Ven feeling. The two brothers have an extremely close relationship that is touching and is just one example of how caring and nurturing Ven really is.

This is the third in the Chaser series of three books and I highly recommend reading the stories in order, starting with Flipping Out and continuing with Playing House. There is also a short story, Making Time, which is yet another chance to visit with Ven and Toby and peek in on the highly erotic sex these men have whenever they are together. I really hope that Crow and Fox have plans to continue writing about these characters, giving us even more enjoyable stories about two exceptional characters.
