BOOK REVIEW:
Levi Kaszeri is a young, struggling reporter out to expose a huge corporation whose greed has led to genocide. While following up on a lead from an anonymous informer, Levi is mugged. Rescued by Tiergan Seoras, a doctor at the Washoer Free Clinic, Levi's first thought is for the implant chip left by the informer. With the help of his roommate, Levi is able to decipher the information on the chip, however, without his informer his story will not come out. This leads him back to the Free Clinic and his handsome rescuer.

Working at the Washoer Free Clinic, Tiergan Seoras hopes to right the wrongs of his past. Understaffed and overworked at the clinic, the last person Tiergan wants asking him questions is Levi. As Levi becomes a fixture at the clinic, the tension between the two men grows.

While I believe the romance between the two men took a second seat in Astrid Amara's book, I still enjoyed the story. A cross between Terminator and Battlestar Galatica, this story is one that any sci-fi fan will like.
