BOOK BLURB:
Eighteen-year-old Ricky Talbot got to live out a longtime fantasy when he found himself on his knees in front of his neighbor Jack Corson. Jack is thirty years older than Ricky and he never looked at his neighbor’s son the way he looked at him that day. Things were forever changed for Ricky and Jack on that hot summer afternoon. But the secrets of Jack’s past and the secrets they are both keeping from everyone around them could destroy the love they have found with each other.
BOOK REVIEW:
There is a lot of sex in "Slow Bloom." Jack and Ricky are insatiable for each other. Sometimes it’s tender, sometimes it’s kinky, sometimes it’s hard and fast, and sometimes it’s drawn out. It‘s not too much, it never gets boring, and each moment between them is more meaningful than the last. There is a very intense aura of BDSM in "Slow Bloom." There is also cross-dressing, spankings, fisting, a May/December relationship and more.
Some of the kink in "Slow Bloom" is acted out, some is talked about, and some implied. All of it is beautiful, erotic, and tastefully and respectfully portrayed. "Slow Bloom" is so much more than erotica, though. Jack is the ultimate Dom, but he’s also giving and gentle. He’s very mature but not condescending. He’s also incredibly loving and passionate. I thought he took a big chance with Ricky in the beginning, but it pays off because Ricky really blossoms from it. Ricky is wise beyond his years. He’s self assured and so in love with Jack, it makes my heart ache.
Jack and Ricky have a connection that may transcend the boundaries of the average relationship, but it’s perfect and beautiful and I’m envious of it. A heavy dose of realism is mixed in with the eroticism and romance. There’s someone for everyone and sometimes the most unexpected person is the one that completes you.
