BOOK REVIEW:
"Love, Always, Promise" is the newest release by author Stormy Glenn. Book five in the Wolf Creek series, this story brings us the tale of Ethan and Jace. From the beginning these two are hot, unfortunately the next morning things go to hell for Ethan and his devastation is clearly felt by the reader. Things are not easy for Ethan and when Joe shows up to check on him the ensuing scene will make you want to cry.
When the character of JD is introduced, and the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Jace is explained, you would think that things would turn around, sadly that is not the case. The reader will be pulled along for the ride as Ethan and Jace struggle to find their happy ending. As the story draws to a close and all is finally well the reader will be left wanting more, hoping the next installment to this wonderful series is not too far behind.
Fans of author Stormy Glenn are sure to love this story. It is full of the wonderfully sexy alpha males we all come to look for in her stories, as well as the intensely passionate mates they find. While some may comment on the predictability of these stories, for her fans it is one of the things we love. We know the pairing will have some sort of alpha/omega quality to it, that there is sure to be some angst, and that reaching their happily ever after is going to be a bumpy ride. Yet we also know that regardless of what is happening the couples are always strongly drawn to each other, the passion will be hot, and the couples loyal to a fault.
The author has a way of bringing her characters to life for the reader, therefore drawing them into the story. When the story is finished we wait and hope that soon the next book will come out. Whether it is "Love Always, Promise" or one of her many other books, fans of M/M books should give this author a chance as her books are sure to please.
