BOOK REVIEW:
When Devlin Morgan is sent by his Alpha to deliver the body of a Vampire Princess to her family he's not sure what kind of reception he'll get. Werewolves and vampires have been enemies for centuries so when he meets Prince Zacarius Ivinovav he's pleasantly surprised at his warm reception. Even more surprising is the instant attraction he feels towards the sexy vampire. When Prince Zacarius makes it clear that the attraction is mutual Devlin soon finds himself in the vampire's bed. As they spend their nights and days together the men discover a bond neither expected to find with the other, they are in fact mates. The fact that Zacarius realizes it first and doesn't tell Devlin will cause many problems for the couple but ultimately when the Vampire Prince's life is in danger Devlin will do whatever is necessary to save his mate.

"Blood Prince" is Stormy Glenn's latest release and once again she has written a book that is sure to please fans of both shifter and vampire stories. The plot, while fairly predictable, is fast paced and the story flows well, keeping the reader engaged. Both Devlin and Zacarius are interesting and likable characters and the dynamics of their relationship, with a slight D/s feel, make this a satisfying read. This is the fourth book in the Wolf Creek Pack series but can be read as a stand alone although reading all of the books in the series would be recommended.

The setting in the story changes from Zacarius' vampire coven to Devlin's pack territory and back, giving the reader an understanding of the differences between the groups. Devlin and Zacarius experience problems in their relationship and there are twists to the story that as they work together help to strengthen their bond and make this an exciting and fun book to read. The secondary characters, some of which are from previous books, were good additions to the story and I'm hopeful that there will be a book in the future for Stefan, a vampire who both caused trouble and also worked to help Zacarius and Devlin.

I really enjoyed "Blood Prince." Stormy Glenn writes sweet and sexy stories with heroes who while they may have strong alpha tendencies are also able to be loving and tender towards their partners. Very nicely written with great characters and an interesting storyline I found this to be another wonderful and entertaining story by this prolific writer. I definitely recommend it.
