BOOK REVIEW:
In the first story of the anthology, Key to Me, Jet Mykles weaves a seductive tale that completely draws the reader in. Noah has been receiving provocative gifts from a secret admirer and, although I had my suspicions who it might be, the possibilities of the admirer's identity leave you guessing. The love scenes are sensual and tantalizing, and the build-up of the bondage play between the two lovers is delicious. When Noah's secret admirer is finally unveiled, the final love scene is as powerful as it is beautiful. I think this was a great way to start the anthology and I definitely recommend it.

Roughly Tied Together by Laura Baumbach is actually an excerpt from the novel A Bit Of Rough, a total bonus. I haven't read that book yet, but after reading this taste of the novel you can bet I will!

In Gift of Eros by Kimberly Gardner, Val meets Dylan in class and they hit it off, but as Val starts to fall for Dylan, he soon realizes Dylan may not be all that he seems. The bit of fantasy and ancient mythology that Gardner weaves through the tale adds to what is a very pleasurable read. The angst Val feels toward the end is believable, and I found the ending to be highly satisfying. I will definitely be looking for more from this author.

Rough Ride by Laura Baumbach is a story featuring James and Bram from A Bit of Rough. The story is short, but it tempts the reader with a glimpse of the obvious loving relationship and smoking hot sex life that exist between the two lovers. Ultimately, it left me wanting more of Bram and James and I will definitely be reading more about those two!

For me, One Good Favor by the writing duo of J.L. Langley and Dick. D. stole the show of this anthology! Featuring rodeo cowboy Evan, his elusive lover Aaron, and a wily, mischievous horse names Gus, the story gives the reader not only rompin' good fun but hot love scenes as well. The bits with Gus the horse actually made me laugh, and Aaron was so sexy that I wanted more of him right along with Evan. The mixture of the playfulness in the writing and the steamy love scenes was intoxicating, and I'll eagerly await the next work from this fabulous duo. I LOVED this read, and I highly recommend!
