BOOK BLURB:
Matt thinks that Erik is the hottest thing he's seen in a long time. So even when the bartender at his favorite watering hole tells Matt not to bother with a heartbreaker like Erik, he can't help himself. He has to make a play for the beautiful man.

Erik would rather play games than settle into a regular relationship. He thinks his real life is pretty boring, and he's all about being someone else every time he and Matt meet. Matt's happy to play along for awhile, but when he starts to want more, Erik balks. Can Matt find a way to win at Erik's games before they both lose forever?

BOOK REVIEW:
Matt is more honest than Eric about how lonely he is. Matt wants a relationship, Eric prefers to play. I felt so much for Matt when he found Eric the second time dressed as a goth complete with green tipped hair. Eric totally blanked him. If I had been Matt, I’d have walked and that probably would have been the end of the story. But Matt isn’t me and he agrees to play Eric’s games. They were rather hot games, too. In order to spice things up even more, Matt tries to beat Eric at his own games. But by this time Eric is ready to reveal the real him, and frankly he’s way more interesting and lovable than any of the personas he previously adopted.

Each of the guy’s real jobs aren’t the most interesting; I could see why a bit of role playing could liven things up, but I can’t say I was sorry to see the two guys settle down and just love each other. Hot though the games were.

Those who like to read about the more playful side of attraction will enjoy this delightful story. Well done to Ms. Payne for creating something a little different.
