Unlike most people, he simply does what he pleases. Most of the stories in the book were written, with journalistic detail and clarity, within 24 hours of the encounter.

Lee, the author's fictionalized stand-in, is newly divorced. He decided to answer some online personal ads for casual encounters, as the book title suggests. Lee is bisexual, and his encounters are with men, women, couples, and groups. There's even a pair of sisters. He gets more adventurous as the book goes on, until the final chapter, in which his sexual adventures become too much even for him.

This book is ideal for readers who enjoy m/m/f fiction, men who are bisexual or bi-curious (at least in their reading tastes), and women who like their men bisexual or bi-curious. The lust level is high here. The sex is explicit and ranges from the merely adventurous to the truly bizarre. Readers who are easily offended by unorthodox and/or illegal sexual acts should avoid the final two chapters. Overall, though, this book provides more thrills than chills, as Lee acts out fantasies from the truck stop encounter to deflowering an anal virgin.
