BOOK BLURB:
The follow-up to Aneshu! Renowned as the greatest trickster in the realm, the actor Aneshu travels to the distant desert outpost of Malassar to spy upon an unscrupulous vizier who has eliminated every previous spy planted in his household. No one said espionage was easy, but then, no one warned Aneshu that Amiru ked Shaskan was young, devastatingly handsome, and as dangerous as a cobra. To survive, the actor must turn to his most famous role, and perhaps do the unthinkable.

BOOK REVIEW:
The follow up book to L.E. Bryce's Aneshu featuring Aneshu and his lover Elami. Aneshu is told to go into the desert with a troupe of dancers to perform for the prince who is ill, so it seems. He is chosen and doesn't know why but finds out he is to be a spy, to spy on Amiru and find out what is going on.

When he arrives in Malassar he finds that he is to perform for the prince but since he is only one person and he needs three he asks for two dancers to help him out. He never does perform the first time as the prince is too ill to watch his performance. When he finally does he is delighted but doesn't stay very long as he is not feeling well.

Ms. Bryce has outdone herself with this second book about the story of Aneshu. She has described every detail of what the characters look like, what the palace looks like and I could feel I was right there with Aneshu the entire time. Kudos on this book.
