BOOK BLURB:
Vadim Miroslav always dreamed of finding his mate. He just never expected his mate to find him. He is captivated by the sweet and giving nature of Sasha, and Sasha is stunned by the way Vadim seems to respect his omega status. Little did Vadim realize that by claiming Sasha, his entire life would be changed forever.
Vadim never wanted to be the alpha of his own pack. He avoided it at all costs, even if it meant appearing inadequate to his own pack. But, in a bid to save his newly claimed mate, Vadim does the one thing he has always tried to avoid. He takes on Sasha's abusive alpha ... and wins, becoming the new alpha of Sasha's pack. Can he take the control of an isolated pack of werewolves and still keep his mate safe?
BOOK REVIEW:
Vadim never wanted more then to live his own life free of responsibility and carefree. He never expected to have a mate, let alone have him run into a room asking for protection. So when the cutest man Vadim has ever seen runs into him at his father’s home, Vadim can't do anything but hide him.
For his part, Sashenka is hiding from his alpha’s men, but finding his mate is a dream come true. Sasha’s alpha, Valeriya, has literally kept him isolated without any means of supporting himself except to rely totally on him for everything. Sasha has no reluctance for getting down and dirty with Vadim, but he knows that there will be hell to pay when Valeriya finds out.
After a night of mating bliss Valeriya finds Sasha and when he realizes he is mated, he has him beaten for disobeying him. Vadim hears Sasha’s distress and comes to the rescue, sealing his fate. For a man who never wanted responsibility, Vadim finds himself not only with a mate whose name should be trouble, but alpha to Sasha’s pack. That will happen when you dispose of the reigning alpha and his betas to protect your mate. What will the future hold for Sasha and Vadim? Can their love remain in spite of all the obstacles ahead of them? What will Vadim find when he takes his place has head of his wolf pack?
Once again Ms. Glenn has written a riveting story that entranced me from the very start. I loved how Sasha may be an omega in the pack, but he never thought that Vadim would ever hurt him and he is willing to lay claim on want belongs to him. I loved the way Vadim wants nothing more than for Sasha to believe in himself and to be happy. Valeriya’s megalomaniac behavior is easily understood when you think about the people today who believe that anything they want is due to them. I was inspired by how Sasha was willing to protect his people by standing between them and Valeriya to protect them even when it meant that he would get hurt. This book is filled with action, drama, heat, and enough love to satisfy ever reader. I highly recommend that this is one book you do not want to miss.
